The City by the Bay has cancelled its Pride Parade once again this year but in October everyone is invited to the inaugural LGBTQ+ Freedom Festival in honor of National Coming Out Day. The 51st annual Chicago Pride Parade will kick off at noon at Montrose Avenue and Broadway in the Uptown neighborhood and march through the city's "Boystown" neighborhood. This year the parade will go on, but will be delayed until Sunday, 3 October.
